Listing your vacation rentals is FREE with FlatNav. There is no limit to the amount of properties/spaces/room/rentals you can post. When a place is booked, we charge a nominal 3% of the amount to process payment on your behalf. This rate will probably come down as we grow in size.
Like all social communities, FlatNav is based in trust amongst its members. We work with hosts and guests to make sure our market place is more secure and trustworthy. We have facebook/social connection and a robust review system embedded into our site which will help you to know more about your guest. Moreover, a guest always applies for a booking and you have the right to reject or accept after going through his profile and asking him any questions. We work hard to keep your property safe!
You have a choice to be either paid by PayPal (where applicable) or bank account/wire transfer. We recommend PayPal as its faster and cheaper. Please select your preferred way of payment in Launchpad>My Account. You are paid 24 hours after the guest checks in and until then we keep hold of your money. This creates a trustworthy environment for both guests and hosts
