Whether you are looking to rent a short term flat in London, a homely BnB in Italy or a chateau in France; FlatNav gives you the widest choice of spaces hosted by amazing people all over the world! The procedure is pretty straightforward…


Step 1
Hosts list their vacation rentals or short term apartments on FlatNav (to meet new people, maximize idle capacity and make that very important extra bit of cash)

Step 2
Guests from all over the world search for these places (ditching the boring and expensive hotels). They browse through a wide choice of holiday accomodation available, find the one they like and request a booking!

Step 3
Hosts get 24 hours to respond to the request. They can view guests' profiles, read reviews about them and ask them questions. Once they have made up their mind, they can confirm the booking.

Step 4
The guests are notified and the payment is made through the secure servers of FlatNav. We hold on to the money for a day until after the check in before paying the hosts.

Step 5
The guest enjoys a great stay, saves money and gets to explore like the locals do. The host gets to meet new and interesting people and also earns some serious cash. Didn't we say Collaborative Consumption was good for everyone!
